The measure is identical with that introduced at the end! of last session, providing for the sulii.tiMition of lifty'-.live for sixty per cent majority on the national .prohibition issue. The bill also clearly diefines licensed premises in contradistinction vo the old definition of a bar relating to the employment of barmaids. The schedule provides simple questions for the poll. f vote for national continuance. --V' d vote for national ■prohibition.
