About 101 l employees j and their friends s,at down to dinner. Mr. Ceorge Winstone. Chairman nf I director., presided, and in openine the social function ai the close of tiie dinner, expressed the pleasure the Board felt at nicotine the staff and employees at a social gathering of such a eharax-ter. Tie congratulated them upon having more Up-to-date premises in which to carry on their operations, where the lighting was lietter and the whole conditions more enjoyable. The toast of "The King" was then proposed by Mr. A. •'. Denniston (director i and was duly honoured. Mr. R. (''.
