Commissioner Richards described the work of the Army in assisting; fallen women, and eaid this home was intended to help women to rehabilitate themselves aa useful enemfreie of eoeiety. Dr. Platts Mills and Br. A. K. Newman, M.P., congra.tala.ted the Army on its >w,ork. | To-morrow, the Booth Memorial I Training College, juet completed at a [cost of £10.000, ■will be opened.
