POLISH COUNT'S CRIME.
A DRAMATIC TRIAL. RECONSTITUTING THE MURDERS. (Received 10.50 a,m.) BERLIX, February 20. The trial of Count Ncilzynski for the murder of his wife anil nephew is proceeding behind closed doors at Xesrietz. Intense public interest is displayed, and special trains are bringing the Count's society friends arid journalists from all parts of Austria and Germany. He is charged with manslaughter, and 26 witnesses have been subpoenaed. A dramatic feature of the trial will he the reproduction of the tragedy. The judges, jurymen and witnesses will lie taken to the Counfs castle in the nighttime by special train. The Count is suffering from hemorrhage, and his condition is so serious that he is not likely to live long. He pleads guilty, but urges that under dire provocation he fired on the spur of the moment.
