LONDON, January 16. Sir lan Hamilton joins the R3l.s, Otranto at Port Said to travel to Australia. The distinguished soldier, who is In-spector-General of the Overseas Forces, is about to inspect the military forces oi the overseas Dominions. He is expected to arrive at Fremantle about Februarj 1, and will be met there by General Gordon, Chief of the General Staff, and Col.
