PAYMASTER MISSING.
LONDON, January 15. At the trial by Court-martial of Fleet ■Paymaster John Moffat Lowry, of HJkLe. Ganges, on a charge of having embezzled £10,000, it was stated that in hie position of fleet paymaster attached to the Ganges at Harwich, the accused handled large sums of money supplied to him by the Admiralty- by drafts on a local tank. i Recently irregularities -were found in his account*, and when hu presence-was NJedred* Tw conld notbt tomd. ."■
