DAVIS CUP.
THE. NEXT CONTEST. (Times-Sydney Snn Special Cable.) LONDON, January 6. England, France, Germany, South Africa, Canada, Australia, and America are all expected to be represented in the next contest for the Davis Cup. Belgium does not intend to compete. The Tennis Association contemplates introducing legislation in 1915 to compel teams to state every year whether Jiard or grass courts will be used in their respective countries. This action is to ite taken in order to obviate a change of courts which would be likely to spoil the play of their opponents.
