LANSDOWNE DISSATISFIED.
WANTS AN ELECTION. (Received 12.45 p.m.) LONDON', November IS. Lord Lansdowne. in a speech at Brighton, said that a settlement based on the exclusion of Ulster did not attract lim, but the Opposition would examine proposals of that character, in order to avoid civil war.
The proper course, however, was the general election.
