(By Telegraph.—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, this day. As an indication of the improved financial position, the Hon. W. F. Masse.; informed a "Post" reporter to-day that Cabinet has decided to raise tie limit of advances' 1 . under the Workers' Dwellings scheme from £300 to £400. T"he subject of advances to local- bodies, he added, had not yet been dealt with. -
