FARM SERVANT'S DEATH.
A CAiLOtTS lUXntDEBES. DIGS GBAVE ESFORE TE3S CHIME. . (Received 1020 a.m.) LONDON, May 5. The body of a farm servant named Winifred Mitchell was found buried in a shallow grave at Guasage, Wimborne, Dorsetshire.
Some boys saw an open grave on March 30th, ami the following day Mitchell disappeared, saying that she was going to Canada.
No search was made until the girVe false teeth were fouud in a wood a fortnight later. Search then revealed the grave, filled in. Mitchell, who was fully dressed, had been shot in' the head.
William Barton, a. gamekeeper, who i 3 married, has been detained on suspicion.
