MOTOR BOAT RACING.
Motor boat racing seema to be steadily on the increase, and , the entries for the contest from the Delaware to Bermuda, -are becoming quite a laige v£i. There will also be a prize for the race back to Sandy Hook. The distance is nearly 800 miicd each way, but as titte date is for the month of June there is likely to be fiae weather and a smooth eea. - Many of the wealthy yachtsmen who have vessels of ship size as cruisers are at present putting in pleasant vacations among the West India Islands. This includes Mr Vincent Actor, who does not Beam to be deterred from a love of the sea by the fact that his father was lost in the- Titanic disaster, but who in his big -Noma has a great party of friends afloat. Another eminent yachtsman has started on a protracted expedition up the Amazon with a party of scientists. ....
