ALLIES' CONDITIONS.
THE ALBANIAN FRONTIER. I?TBEMUTTY INSISTED ON. SOFIA, April 5. The Allies have replied to the Powers' Note embodying the suggested terras of peu.ee. It is stated by the Allies that they will accept the conditions proposed by the Powers subject to the following reservations: — It is suggested that the frontier of Thrace should be the basis of the settlement of the new frontier, but the Allies do not define a linr. That the Aegean Islands should he ceded to the. Allies.
The Allies consider that the proposed Albanian frontiers should be known beforehand. They hope that they will be in conformity with those that were proposed at the London conference. It is also considered that the payment of a war indemnity by Turkey must be accepted on the principle that the amount be fixed by a commission upon which the Allies will be represented.
The Allies state that if these conditions arc admitted the war will cease at once.
