WAR SETTLEMENT.
THE POWERS' TERMS.
ENFORCING ACCEPTANCE.
MONTENEGRO BLOCKADED. WARNINGS TO THE ALLIES. (By CaWc.—Press Association.—Copyright* (Received 10.50 a.m.) SOFIA, April 6. The Powers have notified M. Gueschoff, Bulgarian Premier, that the Allies must accept the Enos to Midia line as the new Turkish frontier, and the reservation of financial questions to a technical commission in Paris, on which the belligerents will be represented.
The blockade of the coast of Montenegro by the Powers' joint naval squadron (which was arranged in order to induce Montenegro to cease the siege of Scutari) has been commenced.
Rear-Admiral Troubridge (chief of the British Admiralty's war staff) is commanding the squadron. The fleet arrived too late to prevent the Servian reinforcements landing from the 23 transports, whose arrival at San Giovanni di Medua (an Albanian port south of Scutari) has already been reported. These Servians have been sent to assist in the siege of Scutari. Admiral Troubridge has addressed a warning to Montenegro to carry out the Powers' wishes immediately. A report from Cetinje states that, three Austrian, two Italian, one British, one French, and one Germau warship have arrived at Antivari (a Montenegrin port). Tbc "Frankfurter Zeitung" (a German paper) predicts that monetary compensation for the loss of Scutari will be granted to Montenegro.
A messape from Cetinjn says that King Nicholas of Montenegro has stated in an interview that he means to keep the territory that he has captured and to make Scutari his capita).
The Servians' howitzers are posted around Scutari. General Boyviteh ?nd Colonel Pavlovitch (Servian officers) have revised the plan of attack.
