It ie aJ- j leged that übere was an altercation, and the husband told the wife that he would shoot her- The wife ran away, and tike j fashmd followed her with a loaded gun. I A daughter u-ttempted to wrest vhe gun away, and held her father until assistance arrived. The police were rung up, and Ileweti wa<= arrested. Sam David was charged in Court tihis "aorning with having attempted to shoot ,flis wife. T'ke latter declined ta give ■evidence against him, but an eleven-year-old daughter did so. Accused pleaded ,*"2f<M guflty." He was committed for trial. Bail wae allowed accused in the sum of £200, and two sureties of £100 each.
