THE INCREASE IN PAY.

HOW IT WAS FORCED. (Received 8.15 a.m.) LONDON, December 15. The ''Morning Post" says that it has high authority for stating that the Board of Admiralty recently tendered its resignations on the subject of pay. Mr Churchill consulted the Premier, nnd. as a result the increase was announced. The "Post" says that Sir Francis Bridijenian was refused the honour of Admiral of the Fleet.
