(Received 10.5 am.) PEKIX, October 18. Circulars have been issued urging the withdrawal of the deposits in the" sixPower group of banks, as a protest against their attitude towards the CrisD loan. * A bill has been drafted which will produce an additional 15,000,000 taels of salt taxation.
