It unanimously instructed the Parliamentary Commit to introduce, a bill providing for a. minimum of 30/ a week of 48 bours for all adult workers. It was resolved to demand nationalisation of all land, mineral?, mines, railways, and canal?. Jlr. Smillip announced that the national campaign would be undertaken for the nationalisation of mines. The Congress decided to insist on a jDJnimum wage for stage hands.
