3AUSE AND CURE OF SCIATICA.
A. Man who Suffered Much Tells how He was Cured. Because Sciatica la a disease of the Sciatic nerve, it has been found that the beet treatment is one that tends to put the whole" nervous system in a strong healthy condition. Blisters and injections are sometimes used to eaec the sharp snooting lightning pains In the hips and legs, but this treatment Is not regarded in any sentse as a cure. A cure can only be obtained by looking to the cause of the complaint and restoring the nerves to their proper state of tone. In addition to the tonic treatment, resting the limbs in bed or on a couch as much ac possible helps in a cure. Mr. Joseph Nayior, of Market Street, Mount Gambler. S.A., who had a very severe attack, declares ■the Dr. Williams' Pink Pills cured him. This Is because they are a blood builder and nerve tonic, the new blood they make, nourishing the irritated inflamed nerve, thus completely removing the cause of the complaint and making a permanent enre. "About lour years ago. Sciatica came on," said Mr. Nayior. "The pain started in the left hip, and spread down to my ankle. I thought It -would -wear off, but It didn't; it only got worse, and tor four months I had it continually. The pain was dreadful. I could not walk properly; it was just hobbling, and slowly a-t that. I would often lie a/wake for hours (before sleep would, come. In the mornings I felt so stiff that I could h-ardly get out of bed. The pain was always gna'wtog. If I went to sit down or get out of the chair I would feel the pain go right through mc JJke a knife thrust, and I could not bend my back or stoop to pilot up. anything without suffering acotely. I stuck to my work, but I don't know however I did it- Acting on' a friend's advice, I tried J>r. Williams' Pink Pills. My friend had been bad with it for six years, and lie told mc that Dr. Williams' Pink Fins had cured him, end he advised mc to keep on with them. In a little while the pains were not so severe. I doubled toe dose, taking six pills each; day, and slowly the pain and stiffness left my leg and liip. It took ten boxes to cure mc, bnt they did it thoroughly, for the trouble has never returned, and my leg Is as supple now as I could -wish." Ecmcmber only the genuine Dr. Williams , Pink Pills cure. Don't be gulled into taking something" said to be just as good. Of all dealers at 3/- per box, six ■boxes, 16/6, or • from the Dr. Williams' Medicine-Co. of Australasia, lid., ■Wellington.
