THE SOCIALIST AGITATION. BERLIN, "September 5. Replying to Socialists, Herr yon Soded (Bavarian Minister for the Interior) deprecated the deamess of food, but said i» the agitation against duties were restrmed it would lead to a collapse of Germany's economic life. The Government contemplated legislation to facilitate the importation of fresh meat.
