AUSTRALIA REFUSES TO 3UY. (Received 12.55 p.m.) MELBOURNE, this day. I In the House of Representatives to-day Mr Fraze-r announced that it had been decided to refuse the joint ofTer of the Marconi and Australasian Wireless Companies regarding wireless rights in the Commonwenlth, and the Government would proceed with the erection of stations around the coast on the system adopted in Melbourne and Hobart.
