THAMES LICENSING COURT.

THAMES, this day. At the quarterly meeting of the Licensing Committee to-day, the reports received regarding licensed honses were satisfactory. Only two important complaints were made to the committee. These were in connection with the Pacific and Exchange hotels at Thames, and the licensees were advised to be more careful in future. The question of repairs to the Royal Hotel at Kuaotunu was allowed to stand over till the next annual meeting. The Committee ordered that repairs should be made to the Star and Garter Hotel, Coromandel, and that the roof of the Central Hotel, Coromandel, be examined.
