Mr. Mau- ■ rice Harding (chairman I presiding. A dh iden. - ! of eight per cent was approved, also a rebate of 20 per cent on stock commissions to hare-holders. The. sum of £2,000 was placed to reserve, and £1,829 carried forward. The annual report shows that the mruLber of hareholders had increased to I,ol°. The turnover increased in every department. The chairman said he considered the outlook for the North exceptionally bright, aithougii the present money stringency was slightly delayin? developmerit', which nad only jiift commencen. He mentioned that out of four million acres in the North only half a million -were β-i- .present at all improved.
