WATERED MILK. Thomas Colgan. a Xorthcote milkvendor, admitted that on .nth August he Bold milk containing more water than is permitted under the Sole of Foods and Drugs Act. He said that he was not well that particular morning, and hie boys grit the cr.wn in and attended to the milking. They could not find two of the cows, and the elder boy made up the deficiency in the stock of milk caused by the non-contribution of the two milkers by putting water in the supply.
