It deprecated dwelling unduly on the question of Parliamentary franchise. The place of women jn the life of a country called for far-reaching consideration. The old formulae was inapplicable to the facts of to-day, and a reaction had set in-whrch had elements of greater danger. The whole question should be considered in the light of Christian teaching.
