AGAINST HIGH PRICED FOOD. NEW YORK, June 20. A women's demonstration has taken place at Philadelphia. As a protest against the increased price of meat the women sprinkled kerosene over meat in the butchers' shops. They broke the windows of the shops and organised a general boycott. Many arrests have been made.
