_EB. CARNEGIE'S LIVELY TIME. LONDON, June 10. Extraordinary scenes of rowdyism marked the delivery of Mr. Andrew Carnegie's address as Lord Rector of Aberdeen University yesterday. The students hurled chairs and rugs tbout, and generally made a great noise. The outbreak was eventually quelled, and the Rector was allowed to proceed srith. his speech."" ri : ' - At the close of the address three rousing' cheers were given for Mr. Carnegie, and three more for his wife.
