There were four Ministers in Christchurch this morning. The Eons. Laurenson and Macdonald left for Culverden, where Mr Forbes, M.P., is being entertained to-night. The Hon. J. Colvin left to-day for the .West the Hon. Mr Boston goes sotrth to-morrow. The Hon. W. __.__ Man<_c__dj ia & brief interview, said there __c about 4000 men employed on railway construction at present, and rather __ore'than loads.)
