FERMENT IN ALBANIA.
TUK3.S ATVTBTJSHED. CONSTANTINOPLE, May 11. The tribes between Ipek and Grasinje {Northern Albania) are in a ferment. Seven thousand tribesmen hare risen in revoltTho Turkish battalions were ambushed end sustained heary losses. Reinforcements are being sent from Uskub. It is feared that the Miridifcps and other powerful etans will join in the rising.
