PORTUGAL'S COLONIES.
NOT TO BE CEDES. (Received 8.50 a.m.) PAKIS, May 12. Senhor Bhadas (Portuguese Minister to Paris), discussing the reported AngloCrp.rman negotiations respecting Portuguese possessions in Africa, states that while Portugal will oppose any cession, she is perfectly Trilling to encourage commercial development by a reduction of the duties of 15 per cent.
