An trade has been issued authorising j the expulsion of notable Italians from ' Turkey in retaliation for the closing of j the Dardanelles. Ten million poods of corn (about , 165.000 tons) are held up at Rostovondon ! owing to the closing of the Straits of Dardanelles. A conference of corn dealer* resolved to raise the question of damages. The reported death of Enver Bey. one of the leaders of the Turkish Revolution, is categorically denied. He is still commanding the troops at Benghazi.
