PERSIA'S DISSENSIONS.
EX-SHAH WANTED BACK. MARTIAL LAW PROCLAIMED. (Received 9.30 a.m.) TEHERAN, March 26. Owing to an agitation in favour of the ex-Shah's retuni the Russians have occupied Meshed, near the Turkestan border. Martial law has been proclaimed. The Russian Government is sending an expedition to Kermanshah for the purpose of expelling Salar ed Eowleh, brother of the ex-Shah.
