SAVAL POLICY ATTACKED. •* r UHMANNERED JOURNALISM." BERLIN, March 22. Com—aiiiing on the spiteful and contemptuous tone of a section of the German Press towards Britain and her naval policy, the "Frankfuxter Zeitung" says it is th* duty of the respectable Press to protest against journalism lacking in scanners and the sense of responsibility. Mr. ChurehiU, adds the paper, has not said anything that should wound German susceptibilities. A hope is expressed that the negotiations resulting from Lord Ha-Mane's visit will lead to a political nnderstsading, and eventually to a dis.cussion on the limitation of armaments. The "National Zeitung" accuses the Press bureau of tbe Ministry of Marine of swamping newspapers with Anglophobe brochures in order to stimulate public opinion in favour of the amending Navy BilL
