PERTH, March 22. _ girl named Florizer Lamming made a plucky endeavour to extinguish the bm-aing clothing of. an elderly woman who had spilled some burning turpentine. The dtress of the girl herself became .ignited, and she ran and hid in the bush, where, paralysed with fear, she sat down with her hands over her head and made no outcry. The unfortunate girl was not discovered until she had been fatally burned. The jroman was saved by her husband.
