A section In Edendale-road, 66 x 198. •was sold for £2 W per ft. and a vacant lot, 66 x 133 reaosed £2 6/ per ft. Mr. J. Taornes submitted toy auction to day a freehold property in ParneXL, having 38 feet forntage by 230 feet, wUa residence of 7 roams. Tne bidding started at £4OO, ml advanced rapidly to £620, at which price ft was sold.
