AUCKLAND WEST POLITICAL REFORM LKAGUE. At a meeting of the council of the Auckland West Political Reform League, Mr. H. X. Bagna.ll presiding, the following motions were unanimously carried: —"That we make a most earnest protest against members of Parliament breaking their election, pledget, as we think such conduct la not in the best interests of to* people of the Dominion." "That this council deeixas to exprem its unabated, confldenre in Mr. W. F. Maesey. M.P.. as the leader of tbe Reform party, and ita appreciation of his actions during the recent crista is Parliament."
