In the/Coromaaael Magistrate* Court, before Mr. Burgess, S.M. Mr. Morri» (noxious weed Inspector) sued H. H. Adams for failing to clear noxious weeds. Defendant was fined £5 and costs. For a simitar offence, S. W. Peddle was fined £lO and costs, and Jas. Marr £3 and costs. Several cases against natives were adjourned owing to an interpreter not being available.
