LONDON. December 15. A meeting of 2000 doctors at (Manchester resolved to refuse to act under the National Insurance Bill. One meeting favoured forming a National Medrical Union to safeguard their professional interests. PROTESTS AGAINST HASTE. (Received 1.50 p.m.) . LONDON. December 15. A meeting of 160 trades representatives protested against haste in forcing the Insurance Bill through, and demanded postponement of its operation, to give time to harmonise the measure with the people's will. PASSED BY TEE LORDS. (Received 12.40 -p.m.) LONDON, December 15. The bill was read a third time in the House of Lords this, afternoon.
