TBIbCO OPIUM RAIDS. '(Received 11.10 am.) SAX FRAXCISCO, December 15. At Sam Francisco three physicians and two druggists pleaded guilty to being involved in the opium traffic. Many raids have been made recently in Chinatown with a view to stamping out the evil. Over 200. Chinese were arrested in. one raid.
