TEES’ PASSENGERS LANDED. (Received 8.5 a.m.) VANCOUVER, December 3. The Tees is not in a dangerous position and the passengers have landed. The tugs are standing by. The wireless broke down, in consequence of high cliffs interrupting the etheric waves.
