A RIFLE BATTLE.
DESPERADOES AT BAT. (Received 11.20 a.ru.) WASHIXGTOX. December ■!. Two desperadoes held up and robbed . a, saloon in the town of .Sedrowolley. Washington State. A hand of citizens pursued them, surrounding the robbers. A fierce rifle battle raged for 20 min., when one of the desperadoes surrendered, the other being fatally wounded.
