CYCLING ROAD RACE.

.i i ■ (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) NEW PLYMOUTH, this day. Sixty-five cyclists, including nearly all the be6t New Zealand riders, started in a road race round Mount Egmont this morning. Steady rain fell all last night, and made the roads sloppy. The distance is 104 miles, and prizes are worth about £3OO. The race is expected to finish about four o'clock.
