• A GERMAN TABLET. (Received 8.10 a.m.) BERLIN', August 13. The Mayor of Homburg yesterday unveiled a tablet to the memory of King Edward VII. in the presence of the Kaiser, who was attired in the uniforn of a British Admiral. The Kaiser sent a cordial telegram to King George V.
