SHEEP-BREEDERS' SHOW.
SYDNEY. June 28. entries for the aheep -breeders* show, which precedes the animal sales, are well maintained both in number and quality. Tasmnnian and New South Wales breeders were the most successful in the housed classes in British breeds. Studhobns, of Canterbury, took first prize for Romney Marsh ram tinder 18 months, and J. Dowihwaite, of Canterbury,. annexed most of the prizes for Border LeicesteTS. He took first and second prize in each case for rams "over two years, and under two years and under 18 months, and for' ewes nnder two years. J. Nixon, of Canterbury, secured two thirds.
Iα Border Leicester 3, Bowthwaite was also awarded the championship for Tarn under two years and ewe under two years. Nixon and Killinchy secured three thirds. In English I/eicesters, Nixon took first, champion and second for rams two years, second and third in rams. under two years, second ram under 18 months, firet and champion ewe two years, second aad third ewe under two years, ewe ; under 18 months.
