Balldon). In extending welcome to the visitors, the president referred to the excellent muster, considering the inclemency of the weather, and thanked the large number of ladles who graced the green tor having brayed the elements. The unpleasant weather prospects had also Interfered with the arrangements made by the ladles for the entertainment of their guests, but he hoped everyone would spend a pleasant afternoon notwithstanding, and come along another day to particulate In the opening festivities In connection with the additional rinks and the new croquet lawn.
