MEXICANS AND TEXANS.
THE THREATENED FIGHT. COWBOYS GETTING BEADY. (Received 9.53 a.m.) NEW YOKE, November 16. The Mexicans who were reported to be marching on the town of Rock Springs, Texas, bent on the avenging of a Mexican recently lynched there, have not materialised. The cowboys are arming and mustering to repel a possible attack from Mexicans. General Jaurez is across the border, leading demonstrations against President Diaz.
