The Mexicans who were reported to be marching on the town of Rock Springs, Texas, bent on the avenging of a Mexican recently lynched there, have not materialised. The cowboys are arming and mustering to repel a possible attack from Mexicans. General Jaurez is across the border, leading demonstrations against President Diaz.
