Upon ,tte application of Mr. A. L. Den-nisto-n, a new hearing was granted in the case of the Official Assignee in the estate of WalteT F. Dar.by, a bankrupt, v. W. F. Ross, of Wellington, tobacconist. The claim was for #oods supplied to the defendant by .the bankrupt. •Judgment by default had been entered against defendant for £19 12/- and costs on the llfch October last, defendant having previously applied to have his evidence .taken in Wellington, but the application ibeing informal, judgment ■was given in default of appearance.
