ANTI-SUFFRAGE APPEAL.

£100,000 WANTED. LONDON, July 21. The Anti-Women's Suffrage League has appealed for £100,000, and the sum of £13,000 has already been subscribed. The signatures to the appeal include those of Mr. Joseph Chamberlain, Mr. Austen Chamberlain, Lord Cromer, Lord Curzon, Mr. Rudyard Kipling, the Marquis of Lansdowne, Lord Roberts, and Lord Rothschild.
