FACTS FOR EMIGRANTS. LONDON, July 12. In the House of Commons Mr. Sydney Buxton (President of the Board of Trade)' informed Mr. H. L. E. Lawson that the* Emigrants' Information , Office was to supply the labour exchanges with information regarding labour conditions in the Dominions. The Grovernmeht, he added, was' carefully considering the question of obtaining from v Labour Departments 'in the colonic information relating to the demand andVsiipply-_ of labour, and also to the "desirability of 'linking up the labour .
