News of the floods is being received from all parts of France. Extraordinary rains have fallen throughout Switzerland, ruining the crops. BERLIN.. July 12. Great floods are reported in the Valleys Leek and Neckar. A landslip near Wislock completely ruined the village. The inhabitants were forewarned and fled.
