FOUR MILLIOIC ISSUE. DECIMAL COINAGE SYSTEM. ( (Received .8.45 a.m.). MELBOURNE, this day. Mr. Fisher stated that the first issue of Commonwealth notes would represent £4,000,000. He also stated that the decimal system of coinage would receive consideration during this Parliament.
